UI Advisory Council
The Unemployment Insurance Advisory Council is established by South Dakota Codified Law (SDCL) 61-2-7.1. The task of this advisory group is to review the unemployment insurance program as to its content, adequacy and effectiveness and to make recommendation for improvements.
